This fixed blade scalpel blade remover takes away all of the risks when trying to remove the scalpel blade from the handle. Not only does it safely remove the blade but it also keeps them safe inside the container to prevent them being left on the side causing a risk to other people. See the above video to present how simply this can be done. 

Simply push the blade in through the slot at the top of the container, apply pressure to the top lip of the container and pull the scalpel out.
